Place your embroidery digitizing order by filing up our online form, mention all your needs, attach any file you want to be embroidered as is & leave the rest on us. (you can also send us a direct email: email@example.com.
After completion the job we will send it to you on your providing email address. Pleas also note that there is no need to pay anything yet, as your satisfaction is our pride! Download & check it over your own machines. If it looks good let it be approve, if not you may ask for an edit. We only charge after the final approval of our valued customers.

What we do and why to use our service?
Having most of our customers in UK, US and Canada we do provide customer service as per UK time. We provide you service 24 hours 7 days a week . And with our great customer service and turnaround times, wherever you are, you might even think we are located right next door. We look forward to welcoming you as a client.
How and when do I pay?
You can pay by credit card via Pay Pal. Payment can be made in US dollar.

How do I order?
An Email, specifying design size, format and any other relevant detail will be sufficient.
What is your working time?
OGrace Digitizing work in rotating shifts to provide customers with 24 hour, none-stop digitizing services.
When I send out the order, what kind of information do I need to send?
The most important ones are
Size in width or height, you may inform us only one side as the other side obviously will go proportionate. Fabric to embroider on.
Location: where do you need the digitized design to embroidery.
Colors: what colors to use on the design.
Which type of artwork format is acceptable?
We accept the following file formats: jpg, .tif, .gif, .bmp, .pdf, .cdr, .psd, .ai, .eps etc.
How do you ensure quality?
Our digitized files are designed by expert professional designers and are made to meet your each requirements. Our each design check by our Quality Control experts.
Do i need to submit professional artwork?
As with every part of the digitizing process, the better the artwork, the better the final product. All we really need is a relatively clear image with the color separations.
How do i upload my artwork?
This will be done via your account, you can either submit it via the new order or new estimate request forms. You can also send us through email for First free design at email@example.com.
What Embroidery formats do you offer?
We can offer you all major formats a few of which are .emb, .dst, .exp, .cnd, .dsb, .dsz, .10O, .ksm, .t01, .t03, .t04, .t05, t09, .sew, .jef, .hos, .pes, .pec, .pcs, .pcd, .pcq, .csd, ect.
Do you keep backups of clients files?
Yes, backups are available with in your account panel for 60 days.
